ANNUAL APPEAL: DOWN TO THE WIRE!
200 families (of 570) have donated. Have you?
We are now in Week 5 of our Annual Appeal - it's almost over! Please take advantage of this last chance to give by donating to the school that gives so much to all of us. We welcome support in any dollar amount.
Whether it's friendly creatures and educators from Drumlin Farm in our Kindergarten classrooms, fabulous performers that engage young imaginations, or field trips...all of these enriching experiences and activities (and more) would be impossible without the PTO.
Find strength in numbers! Grandparents and other family members are encouraged to donate, and please check to see if your workplace offers a corporate matching program. Help spread the word to help us reach our goals!
And remember, all donations are welcome - no donation is too small. Donate online or drop a check in the PTO mailbox at school.

ART
This month, we're sharing some images of work created in the art rooms these last few weeks. Kindergartners have been working with lines to create designs and images. Second graders are working with observational drawings using gourds as the subject. Fourth graders are completing long-term observational drawings and watercolor paintings. Fifth graders are nearly finished creating bird collages. Sixth graders are completing large watercolor self-portraits. As classes complete their projects, much of this beautiful work will be on display around the building. Keep an eye out!
