ASCCA What You Need To KnowMay 9, 2016
ASCCA Members - Ask Governor Brown to sign SB 269 (Roth)
SB 269 (Roth) amends the current law to prevent abuse of "disability" access regulations to reform ADA laws and afford businesses a chance to correct the problem before they can sue. It has been passed by the legislature and is on the Governor's desk for his signature.
Please call the Governor's office and ask him to sign the bill. You won't speak with him directly, but you will speak with one of his staff members. Let them know you have associates/fellow ASCCA members that are being targeted in San Diego.
His office phone is: (916) 445-2841
