The Automotive Services Council of California (ASCCA) today announced that James Justus, Vice Chair of the ASCCA Government Affairs Committee, has been selected by Congressman Juan Vargas, of San Diego, to be his honorary guest at President Obama's final State of the Union Address in Washington, DC.
