New Law - SB 315 - Closes Loophole on Unlicensed Workers Advertising for Work They Can't Legally Complete
 California's Contractors State License Board has new ammunition as of January 1st, when a new law took effect that allows them to charge illegal businesses that advertise for work they cannot legally perform. The law, derived from SB 315, is intended to combat the underground economy, which includes auto repair.
