Call to Artists - 11th Annual New Works Exhibit

The Jacksonville Center for the Arts will be accepting applications for the upcoming Hayloft

Gallery exhibit, 11th Annual New Works Exhibit.

The deadline for completed entry materials is February 25th, which is not a postmark deadline.

The show will be held from March 22nd - May 19th, with a reception on Saturday, April 13th at

6pm. Applications can be downloaded on the website at http://jacksonvillecenter.org/for-the-community/show-your-work/. Those with limited computer access may request an application by calling (540) 745-2784 or stopping by the center.

The Jacksonville Center invites you to spring forward with their 11th Annual New Works

exhibit. All work mediums are welcome. Surprise the community with your fresh creativity! Art

work should have been created within the past year. Work previously exhibited at the Center or

work already exhibited at another venue is not eligible for this exhibit.

A "People's Choice" award of $50 has been anonymously donated. The public will be invited to

vote for their favorite piece. The winner will be announced after the end of the exhibit.

business hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 - 5 and Sundays, 12-5. Winter business hours are

Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm; Saturday, 11am to 4pm; and closed Sunday. Winter hours

begin December 30 and continue through March.
