You may have received an email on December 13, 2012, from OfficeMax, which announced the addition of 1,547 general office supplies being added to the statewide contract effective immediately. Please disregard this notice.
DOAS, in conjunction with both Staples and Office Max, is in the processes of adding 1,667 items to the statewide contract. These additional items added include 120 toners and 1,547 general office supply products. We anticipate the additional items will be available for purchase by December 20, 2012.
Toner Additional Item Benefits:
· Highly demanded, OEM, and remanufactured ink cartridges for Hewett Packard and Xerox printers and copiers
· Aggressive discount structure of 38% off list price
· These items will be available on both Team Georgia MarketplaceTM and Staplesadvantage.com (for users who do not have access to Team Georgia MarketplaceTM)
General Office Supply Additional Item Benefits:
· Selected break room items including cleaning products and refreshments such as water, coffee and creamer
· Selected furniture accessories including chair mats, stepping stools and hand trucks
· Selected IT items including multifunction printers, copiers, scanners, and peripheral devices
· Selected ergonomic accessories including foot rests, document holders, personal heaters and adjustable keyboard trays
· Selected First Aid supplies including aspirin, hot and cold packs, and air freshener
· Aggressive discount structure of 62% off list price
· These items will be available on both Team Georgia MarketplaceTM and Officemaxsolutions.com (for users who do not have access to Team Georgia MarketplaceTM)
