Self-Reported Vital Sign Assessment in Physical Therapy

Your participation is requested in a research project to assess the use of vital signs in Physical Therapy Practice. The survey is a brief 24-item questionnaire that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and includes questions regarding practice behaviors, beliefs, and demographic information related to measuring vital signs. This information could serve as a framework of understanding for improving clinical practice related to the prevention of cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders in Physical Therapy Practice. If you are a licensed and practicing physical therapist, and are interested in participating in this study, please click here to access the letter of consent and survey.
