Description: This learning session will briefly discuss models of care for children with medical complexity. Assessments across the ICF will be reviewed during the session with additional materials and resources available online. Applications of goal attainment scaling for children with medical complexity will be presented and modeled by means of a case example. This is a great learning opportunity, but no CEUs will be provided for this course.
