Across five years and seven Nazi labor camps, Sala Garncarz Kirschner wrote over 350 hidden letters and kept them hidden. In the stage version, three generations of Kirschner women must work together to sift through the past and come to terms with the true gravity of Sala's letters and their Jewish heritage. Tickets: Adults, $8, Students $5. TBH will be going as a group to the Saturday, October 29, 7:30 p.m. performance.

Reconstructionist Birthright Trip
December 18-29

The Reconstructionist Movement is excited to be partnering with Israel Experts to offer a uniquely Reconstructionist journey to Israel as part of the Birthright Israel program (meaning the major costs of the trip are covered for qualifying participants). 21 - 26 year olds who are members of Reconstructionist communities are encouraged to apply!

Applications can be submitted beginning this Monday, September 12. To sign up to receive email notification as soon as the application process opens, visit http://campjrf.org/birthright/, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and enter and submit your information.

One reason the movement is partnering with Israel Experts is their reputation for designing meaningful experiences that expose participants "to the mosaic of Israeli society and a wide spectrum of opinions in a pluralistic and balanced manner." This is the kind of Birthright Israel trip where questions are deeply welcomed, where complexity and nuance is embraced, and where diversity is a valued part of community
