Community, dreams, and family were the themes our middle school students focused on as they performed "En El Barrio," an adaptation of "In The Heights" at CHLDC's Community Learning Center in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. This musical about a changing community was an apt choice this year as our program has experienced big changes of its own.
