Winter Read-A-Rama's Learning on the Farm
Young children in several area communities are invited to take part in the annual wintertime United Way of Southwest Minnesota's Success by 6 Read-a-Rama literacy building events. There are ten Read-a-Rama's scheduled in this area in the coming weeks. There is no cost to take part. All families with pre-school age children are invited to attend. This year's events will feature stories focusing on farm animals with activities planned to practice reading, writing, math, gross motor and fine motor skills in a fun and age appropriate learning environment.
