The United Way of Southwest Minnesota is conducting a survey among current Imagination Library family participants. The United Way of Southwest Minnesota's Success By 6 committee wants to ensure the programs offered under the Success By 6 umbrella are effective and the money invested in the programming is well spent while achieving the greatest community impact.

A paper survey was mailed to all families currently enrolled in Imagination Library. It was included as an insert in the Read To Me newsletter, which was delivered to homes the week of May 19th. Please take a few minutes to complete the paper survey and return to the United Way of Southwest Minnesota's office, PO Box 41, Marshall, MN 56258 or you can complete it online at www.unitedwayswmn.org.

The United Way Success By 6 committee has also recently surveyed preschool, kindergarten and childcare providers regarding the same early childhood/school readiness initiatives. A survey sample of past Imagination Library families is also  currently underway.

The survey deadline for current Imagination Library family participants is June 30th.
