Brau Brothers Brewing Company and the American Legion present a Beer Pairing Dinner on Friday, February 1 (6:00 PM)

Join us for an amazing evening that features five courses, each featuring a different Brau Brother's beer and food items that complement each other.

There is limited seating and advance tickets of $50 per person can be purchased at the Marshall American Legion or at the United Way of Southwest Minnesota office.

All funds that are raised will support early literacy programs. Menu and details are on our webpage.

FREE TAX HELP

Free Tax Clinics will be held again this year at Western Community Action, 1400 S Saratoga, Marshall, MN. Volunteers will be there to assist with tax preparation.

Individuals and families who earn less than $57,000 or less per year may qualify to file their federal and state taxes for free.

Even though the IRS has delayed filing capability until Jan 30, you can get started now. This software will hold your returns and will submit them to the IRS for processing.

Max and Ruby Storybooks Will Be Featured at Read-a-Ramas

Young children in several area communities are invited to take part in the annual wintertime United Way Success By 6 literacy building events in the coming weeks.

There is no cost to take part. All families with pre-school children are welcome.

	Visit United Way Success By 6 at the Murray County Family Fair Saturday, January 26 (10:00 - 1:00) at the MCC gymnasium, Slayton. Stop by our table to say hello and take part in some of the activities we have planned for children. Parents will also want to register for our door prize (a bag of children's books.)
