This gentle and restorative workshop will focus on releasing tension while replenishing your energy by stretching and opening your body. Yin Yoga is the quiet practice of slowly stretching the tissues around the joints especially the spine, hips and pelvis, as you relax into the stretch from 3- 5 minutes while being led into meditative peace.
