This year, our featured speaker is vegan fitness and wellness expert Amber Callahan of PlantFit. You won't want to miss her inspiring presentation reminding us all that "Being Healthy Vegans Makes Us Great Ambassadors for the Animals". It's so important for us as animal advocates to reflect joy and good health!  Read more about Amber here.

The annual event also features the traditional Vegan Society of P.E.A.C.E. "Year In Review" slide show and other presentations, plus a New & Used Vegan Book Sale Fundraiser, logo items for purchase, free vegan starter guides, product coupons from vegan companies, prizes and more! If you have gently used vegan cookbooks or animal advocacy books you wish to donate in support of our fundraiser, please contact us. We are grateful to our friends at VRG.org for donating several new books for this event!

Please remember there will not be a "2nd Saturdays" Monthly Meeting for November, but we do hope you'll join us for our amazing annual vegan feast and fundraiser on November 23!  AVegan Harvest photond, if you live outside the Houston area, please consider hosting a Vegan Thanks-living dinner in your city.

Thanks for your support!
