Greetings!

We hope you are having a great Summer! Did you get to attend our 3rd Annual VegFest Houston in June? It was a huge success with an estimated attendance of over 2,500! If you missed it, we have a fun video recap below of this community festival held in the nation's 4th largest city.

Palm tree You can also join us for our "2nd Saturdays" Monthly Vegan Meetings and Potlucks! For August, we'll be celebrating the "Aloha" spirit with a festive Vegan Hawaiian-style theme. Additional details can be found below. If you aren't located in the Houston area, please visit Meetup.com for monthly vegan gatherings around the country or start one in your city.

Be sure to save the date for our Annual "Texas Go Vegan Week"! This celebration of vegan living in Texas takes place during the first week of October. More great events will be announced again this year. It's exciting to be planting so many "seeds" with our yearly outreach campaigns and events!

As always, thank you so much for supporting our organization and for choosing to "be a voice for billions"!

Our 3rd Annual VegFest Houston was truly amazing and produced entirely by volunteers! We expanded to a new, larger venue and had over 2,500 estimated attendees! There was a lot of positive media coverage, too.

VSOP volunteer and videographer David Halliburton produced this fun video recap of our 3rd Annual festival. It's also available on our YouTube channel. Click on the image below to view the video from your computer or smart phone and share on your social media pages.
