Don't miss our 3rd Annual VegFest Houston this weekend! Known as "The Premier Vegan Community Festival of Texas", our event will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013. Please plan to join us that day between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the beautiful Pershing Middle School campus in Houston! Join us for fantastic day!!! Enjoy vegan cuisine from local vendors, live musical performances, informative guest speakers, food and yoga demos, free samples and more! The festival day schedule is found here on our website. There will be lots of great booths and exhibitors to visit. You can view the full list of exhibitors on our website here. We also have activities for youth in the Kids Zone, including Soccer Shots soccer demos, Houston Fire Department Station #37 Truck, Sol-Shine Face Painting, Dahn Yoga for kids and kid-friendly food demos. Plenty of fun for all ages!

We have a spacious new venue with plenty of free parking, outdoor shaded areas and large air-conditioned interiors. Lots of seating is available indoors and outside for relaxing and eating. Outside we will have the Pershing Middle School Vegetable Farmers Market, plus live music all day, solar cooking, a food truck and more. Vendor booths and exhibitors will also be inside throughout the school's hallways. See the map of the festival grounds here!

Admission is free! Souvenir totes and festival t-shirts will be available for a suggested donation. Visit our Vegan Society of P.E.A.C.E. outreach booth for free vegan starter guides and festival pens. Open to all ages!

Our festival is one of the most diverse vegan festivals in the country! And it's no surprise, as Houston has been called the most diverse city! Come and see all the fun features of the festival and enjoy some delicious vegan cuisine. Learn how a vegan lifestyle promotes an ethical, compassionate and sustainable world for all!
