It's that time of year; the San Diego Scottish Highland Games are almost upon us. We all know the sound of the pipes and drums that can be heard throughout the park; we know the dancing, the athletics, the sheep dogs, the clans, the food, and some of us are acquainted with the beer brewed just for the Games. Being our 40th anniversary, the San Diego Games are as important as ever in the regional Scottish competitions and the enjoyment had by the many that attend each year.

What you probably don't know is the tremendous cost of putting on the Games. It's always been a priority to keep quality high and costs low. We do this a few ways. First, The San Diego Scottish Highland Games are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization staffed entirely by volunteers. We've always worked to provide the best Games experience without the 'gouging' we've all experienced at many other festivals and fairs. The entrance fee is reasonable as are the drinks and food. This is attributed to our non-profit status, our loyal long-serving volunteers, and especially you, our generous sponsors.

Fencing, porta-johns, security, first-aid, competition costs, etc. add up quickly. The Games would not happen without the generosity of our sponsors. Your sponsorship commitment to the San Diego Scottish Highland Games will certainly cover your admission plus some great perks as our way of thanking and recognizing you:
Chieftain Sponsorship - (4) one-day adult tickets to the 2013 games; (2) official Games t-shirts (p/u at the Games); recognition of your support in the program (if received before the May 31, 2013 printing deadline); and (4) hospitality lunches at the games. ($200/year)
Highland Sponsorship - (2) one-day adult tickets to the 2013 games; (2) official Games t-shirts (p/u at the Games); recognition of your support in the program (if received before the May 31, 2013 printing deadline); and (2) hospitality lunches at the games. ($150/year)
Clansman Sponsorship - (2) one-day adult tickets to the 2013 games; (2) official Games t-shirts (p/u at the Games); recognition of your support in the program (if received before the May 31, 2013 printing deadline). ($100/year)
