2012 Cave de Buxy Bourgogne Blanc (Burgundy, France) - $15.99 btl,
 A very small cooperative in the tiny village of Buxy turns out a Chardonnay of superior value. On the nose you'll find lemon and summer apple while tasting leads to pure Chardonnay fruit without being overly heavy or creamy.  There is plenty of flavor here but is eminently drinkable! Fantastic with fresh cheeses, fruits, chicken, turkey or fish!  

2012 Indomita Gran Reserve Cabernet (Maipo, Chile) - $12.99 btl, Maipo is often described as the "Bordeaux of South America" and home to some fantastic values in Cabernet. This is the Gran Reserve (the best!) of a very well rated series of wines from Indomita.  On the nose you'll find butterscotch and red berries followed on the palate by the long, persistent finish. This is an ideal beef or lamb wine, but it pairs outstandingly with chocolate!
