Joe's Reserve Baby Back Ribs!

WARNING
: Our Baby Back Ribs are superior in every way. Thick, and loaded with meat one rack serves two unless you are a Riboholic. We pull the membrane off at your request and promise you the most excellent rib eating experience you can get home or away! Take our cooking challenge, use our recipe below and count the number of clean bones and happy people at your table!

1) Season your ribs with one of our rubs or your own
2) Double wrap each rack of ribs in foil
3) Pre-heat oven to 235 degrees, bake ribs for 4 hours on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (if on cookie sheet, put a drip pan beneath your ribs as rib packages will leak as fat renders out)
4) After 4 hours in oven, carefully remove ribs from foil and transfer to grill using direct medium heat.
5) Sauce your ribs with one of our sauces or your own, turning every 3 to 4 minutes until sauce thickens/gets sticky/starts to brown (dont' burn your sauce on to your ribs!) total grill time is about 15 minutes.
6) Serve with cup of warm sauce on the table
