Come see the Philadelphia seaport facilities and the UPS hub at the Philadelphia International Airport! 

We will have a chance to see the marine terminals that move containers, steel, forest products, fruit and cocoa and be on-dock to see the giant cranes and container moving equipment. We will also get an inside look at the East Coast Regional UPS air hub, which averages 43 flights every day. The 681,000 square foot technology packed facility has the capacity to sort 80,000 packages/documents per hour.

Harrisburg Port Tour

Join us as we tour Harrisburg International Airport and learn how HIA is more than just planes! 

 

In 2010, a study found that 11,901 indirect jobs were supported by HIA and there was nearly $1 billion in economic activity generated by the airport. Each year, there are also over 100,000 tons of air cargo leaving for global destinations.

 

Following a brief presentation by HIA, we will take a tour of the airport campus and properties, including the cargo facilities, the proposed Amtrak Station, HIA's North 29 Property, the future CNG filling station, and the general aviation facility.
