Value Stream Mapping is a powerful tool in the LEAN Toolbox. These principles can be applied to the international sales process, starting with the market entry strategy, through all the steps of the export transaction, and ending with delivery and after sales support. This workshop will explain how to map the current state of your process and evaluate what is value added and non-value-added. Participants can determine a future state to eliminate costly mistakes, wasted time, ensure compliance, faster delivery and payment.
