Message from the President

Thank you to everyone who donated money for the holiday faculty gifts.  Each teacher, TA and member of the administration will receive a $100 bill and a card thanking them for all of their hard work.  Thank you to Mark Headley for collecting the funds and to Amy Schoenblum for getting the cards and including a note of appreciation in each.

Think of Raskob when you shop on Amazon (click on the RPA link which is in the Notes every week before you check out) and sign up for the scrip card program which is detailed below.  You can use purchase the scrip cards to give as gifts or to use for your every day shopping.  These two programs could become major fundraising sources if you participate!

Our first RPA meeting of 2016 will be on Friday, January 8th at 8:30 am in the California Room.  Please join us in planning the second half of the year!

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Winter Concert tomorrow at 10:45 am in the white performing arts building near the HNU entrance.  The 8th graders will be selling crafts and baked goods to raise funds for Northern California fire victims.  It is a great opportunity to mingle with other families and the Raskob faculty.

Happy Holidays and have a wonderful break!

2016 Youth to Youth Conference for Middle Schoolers
"More than 80 high school leaders from the San Ramon Valley and Castro Valley are going to be asking 350 middle school youth to "MY WAY" on Saturday, March 5, 2016

For the past several months these high school students have been working enthusiastically planning drug prevention programs, participating in leadership activities and having a whole lot of fun while planning this conference for your 6th, 7th or 8th grader.

High school leaders will guide their younger peers through skits, panel discussions, team building challenges, and small group activities.  More than 20 workshops will be offered throughout the day.  The conference will end with an exciting dance geared towards middle school students.  More than just an event, the Youth to Youth Middle Conference is a way to see the best in teens and their leadership skills.   If your kids like hanging out with their friends, meeting new friends, having fun, dancing and good food ~ then this is the conference for them."
