Message from the President
Happy Thanksgiving!

Holiday shopping season is upon us and the Raskob Parent Association is here to help!  If you shop on Amazon, please use the Raskob link to Amazon which is in every Raskob Notes and on the RPA website.  An easy way to use it is to wait until you are ready to order and everything is in your shopping cart, then close Amazon and click on the Raskob link.  It takes you back to Amazon, you can place your order and Raskob receives about 4% of the total sales.

Speaking of the holidays, the RPA is collecting money for a holiday gift for each member of the faculty and administration.  The suggested donation is $50, but any amount is welcome.  We only do this once a year so please consider showing your appreciation to Raskob's excellent faculty by participating.  Donations may be mailed or dropped off at the Raskob front office and checks can be made out to Mark Headley, who is coordinating this.

Have a great Thanksgiving break and we hope to hear about all of your adventures at our next RPA meeting Quarterly Coffee on Friday, December 4th, from 8:30 to 9:45 am in the California Room.  Please mark you calendars for this as we are fortunate to have Dr. Cunningham, the neuropsychologist associated with Raskob, as our guest speaker from 8:30 to 9 am.

Best Regards,
Marianne Mitosinka, RPA President

Not sure what to get teachers and staff members for the holidays, don't worry, let the RPA help out.

It is a Raskob tradition that all teachers and staff are provided a Holiday card with a cash gift for their enjoyment of the Holidays.  We all know how hard this amazing team works to support our children and we all members of our community can provide something to the Fund.  An average gift of $50.00 is required to achieve past levels, but any level of support is greatly appreciated and for those that can provide more, that is also greatly appreciate.

Gifts should be given to Marlen in Raskobs' front office and may come as either cash or check payable to Mark Headley.  The final date for receiving gifts  will be Monday, December 14th.

Your timely response is greatly appreciated by the RPA.  Thank you for making this holiday season very special for the teachers and staff.

Thank you to all families who participated in the Sees Candy fundraiser.  It has been my pleasure working with all of you the last 4 years.

If you did not get your order in by the 18th, we will be accepting late orders through drop off on Friday, Nov 20, please turn in orders to the office.

Have a great Thanksgiving.

Dayna Broussard

P.S. I will be picking up everything by 10am on Friday from Marlen, and the order will be placed on Monday.  Everything should arrive by Dec. 2nd.
