Message from RPA President
Greetings and
Welcome back from spring break!

We have a lot of events packed into the remaining weeks of the school year.  On Wednesday, May 6 we will have our last Quarterly Coffee in the Bay Vista Room at 8:30am.  Kate Perry, psychologist and leader of many social skills groups at Raskob, will speak and answer questions from 8:30-9am.  An RPA meeting will follow from 9-10am where we will discuss fundraising totals, possible additional purchases for Raskob, the Open House on May 14, and the Awards Night Potluck on June 4.

Also, on May 6, the RPA will host a catered lunch for the Raskob faculty and staff on Teacher Appreciation Day.  Thank you to Kristin Porter for organizing this event.  The room parents will be in touch soon asking each student to make a card for their teacher and to bring in a flower.

On May 14, there will be an Open House at Raskob where students can show their families their school work.  The RPA will provide a pizza dinner and a sign-up sheet will be available soon so that parents can volunteer to bring fruit, salads and paper goods.

We are still looking to fill the following RPA Board positions for next year:  President, VP Communications, Secretary and VP Fundraising.  Please contact Marianne at if you are interested or would like to suggest someone.

Best Regards,
