Today's Reading
Twenty-third Sunday in Ordinary Time

Who can know God's counsel,
or who can conceive what the LORD intends?
For the deliberations of mortals are timid,
and unsure are our plans.
For the corruptible body burdens the soul
and the earthen shelter weighs down the mind that has many concerns.
And scarce do we guess the things on earth,
and what is within our grasp we find with difficulty;
but when things are in heaven, who can search them out?
Or who ever knew your counsel, except you had given wisdom
and sent your holy spirit from on high?
And thus were the paths of those on earth made straight.

Your Savio Testimonial is Needed!
Parents and guardians: your assistance is needed with the content of a new marketing brochure. The Office of Admissions is designing a new marketing brochure which will include testimonials from parents/guardians, students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The testimonial can just be a simple 1 or 2 sentence statement or if you would like to share more, that would be acceptable as well.This is a wonderful opportunity for you to have a positive and direct affect on prospective families and students considering St. Dominic Savio for high school. Please prayerfully consider this opportunity to be a part of the promotion of the school we all love.
D
