Chamber Briefs White House Staff on Tampa Business Issues

Members and representatives of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors met with White House policy staff and Cabinet department policy staff on Wednesday in Washington, DC. The group of 13 members along with President & CEO Bob Rohrlack and Government Relations Coordinator Michael Maurino received a briefing and discussed healthcare, immigration and transportation policy with the staffers in the Diplomatic Reception Room of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. 

 

The two-hour session was conducted by the White House Office of Public Engagement, who has invited 15 Chambers for individual briefings, with the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce being the first to be invited and attend.
