And the winners of the 2014 Political Hob Nob are...

Close to 500 attendees had an opportunity to cast their ballot at the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce's 2014 Political Hob Nob held last night at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, including 44 candidates for office. The event was sponsored by AAA Auto Club Group, Adams and Reese LLP, Tampa General Hospital and Tucker/Hall, media sponsor Tampa Bay Times and venue sponsor Tampa Bay Times Forum.

A straw poll vote was conducted by the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections office. Attendees could vote at computer stations or on their smartphones using a personalized code. Back to Football: CHALK TALK with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

German based TÜV SÜD America opens product safety test lab in Tampa.

Florida born and bred restaurant group TooJay's with 24 locations around the state, adds second location in the Greater Tampa area, delivering a new version of its concepts as it opens its 25th location in downtown Tampa.

World of Beer South Tampa unveiled their new logo and renovated Tavern to include the addition of a kitchen and their new Tavern Fare menu with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The new menu includes items with bold, modern flavors & ample portions. Each dish is crafted to pair with their 500+ beer selections. The new food menu was also added at the Carrollwood and Brandon locations .
