The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) is globally recognized for promotion of businesses opportunities, trade relations and cinema opportunities between India and the IIFA's host nation. Keeping in line with this, a joint initiative of IIFA and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry - the FICCI-IIFA Global Business Forum is scheduled to take place at the Tampa Convention Center on April 24-25 during the 15th Videocon D2H IIFA Weekend. Since 1970, Leadership Tampa has been introducing class members to major facets of the greater Tampa community through an intensive nine-month course. The Leadership Tampa program challenges members to see the Tampa Bay Community as they never have before while preparing candidates for the next step in their leadership journey. 

The selection process is rigorous and competitive for the 50-60 seats available in each class.
