Chamber encourages members to stay informed about sequestration
In late 2012, the Chamber strongly encouraged our Tampa Bay Area Congressional Delegation to lead a bipartisan effort to extend the tax provisions set to expire and the Chamber's Executive Committee signed a letter sent to all of the members of our delegation stressing the importance of working towards a solution to the looming "fiscal cliff." This issue still looms before us and we encourage our members to remain engaged in the discussions related to sequestration. Click here to see the Chamber's 2012 letter to our congressional delegation and click here to see a letter sent to Speaker John Boehner from Representative Kathy Castor encouraging action.
