Learn how to finance your business for explosive growth on Feb. 11
Rochester, N.Y. - This year, Digital Rochester's CEO Special Interest Group (SIG) is focused around helping CEOs and Entrepreneurs Grow the Top Line, a challenge that has emerged as the top issue keeping corporate leaders awake at night.

The first event in a series of four, Financing Your Business for Explosive Growth is the "Big Game" of Corporate Financing, as it teaches attendees how to raise cash and set yourself up for business expansion. The event will take a look at how to grow business through organic expansion or acquisition, restructure debt or equity, and provide answers to the many challenges and choices that come with financing a company. The seminar will look at the key options available to simplify the funding of your business.

An interactive panel of finance experts for this session will include:

  • Jim Barger - President of Key Bank's Rochester Market and Commercial Banking Sales Leader - WNY Region
  • Denny DeLeo - Senior Partner at Trillium Group
  • Mike Ervin - Partner, Freed Maxick CPAs
  • Andy Allaire - Amerisource Funding, Inc.

The panel will explore the two primary ways to finance a company: raising debt and raising equity. An overview of these general categories will be presented by walking through the primary components of a company's capital structure and the primary financing options available from the finance community. These options offer a plethora of debt instruments, including raising angel funds, seed capital, traditional bank financing, loans, bonds, stock offerings, factoring, and more.

Financing Your Business for Explosive Growth will be held on Thursday, Feb. 11, at 1:45 Kilbourn Rd., Rochester, NY 14618. Networking begins at 7:30 a.m. with the presentation starting promptly at 8 a.m.
