The event will take a look at how to grow business through organic expansion or acquisition, restructure debt or equity, and provide answers to the many challenges and choices that come with financing a company. The seminar will look at the key options available to simplify the funding of your business.
An interactive panel of finance experts for this session will include:
- Jim Barger - President of Key Bank's Rochester Market and Commercial Banking Sales Leader - WNY Region
- Denny DeLeo - Senior Partner at Trillium Group
