Digital Rochester Announces Nominees for 2015 Technology Woman of the Year Award
|
Rochester, NY - Digital Rochester has announced twelve nominees for its 2015 Technology Woman of the Year Awards. The award will be presented at a breakfast on April 23, 2015 at Casa Larga Vineyards. Sponsored by Entre Computer Services, this event is designed to recognize, celebrate, and make visible the achievements of women in high technology fields.
This year's nominees are:
- Lisa Bobo - CIO, City of Rochester
- Beth Kribs-LaPierre - VP Product Marketing, Adventive
- Sandra Gault - Founder/CEO, True Gault
- Carol Gray - Director of Network Services, Hillside Family of Agencies
- Dr. Alice Loveys - MD/FAAP/FHIMSS/CMIO, IT Practice Consulting Corp.
- Jessica Nava - Carrier Sales Manager, Finger Lakes Technology Group
- Nancy Neumann - VP of Interaction Design, ITX Corp.
- Andrea Richardson - IT Director, Anthony L. Jordan Health Corp.
- Sandra Roberts - Senior VP & CIO, Canandaigua National Bank & Trust
- Marla Schweppe - Professor, RIT
- Kristi Stever - Clinical Analyst, Jewish Senior Life
- Lisa Young - VP of Delivery, ITX Corp.
Technology Woman of the Year is awarded based on three evaluation criteria: sustained contributions to the technology profession, contributions advancing the status and opportunities for women in technology and contributions to the community.
The Technology Woman of the Year awards breakfast will take place at 7:30am on Apr. 23 at Casa Larga Vineyards, 2287 Turk Hill Road, Fairport. Jeanne Casares, CIO at the Rochester Institute of Technology, will give the keynote speech at the event. Tickets are $45 for all Digital Rochester members and $50 for non-members or guests.
