Greetings!

Oops, we left out the date on our recent newsletter about our August fundraiser.  Saturday, August 23rd is going to be a busy and fun-filled day. You can shop to benefit two charities, attend two book-signings, learn about hostas from one of our local experts, or bring in hosta leaves for identification. Both charities are having anniversaries in 2014, and we'll be hearing about their work.

Fall planting season is just around the corner, and we'll be monitoring the weather to determine when we can dig trees. If you have an order pending, we'll contact you to schedule your job.  Keep an eye on the rain gauge.  If we don't get a good soaking rain of at least an inch a week, then we recommend supplemental watering.  Call us at 815-338-7442 if you have any questions about your trees.
