Diamond W helps produce
the new Kansas Cowboy CD
21 Western performers and groups have donated their music to benefit the Kansas Chapter of the Western Music Association. The result is a wonderful 2-CD set that showcases the scope of Western Music in Kansas, from professional to amateur. Our Tennessee Jim donated time at his recording studio
to mix and master the tracks, and Stevie C the Rhythmic Cowboy designed this beautiful cover.
Good job, guys!

Many projects have been blooming this spring at the Diamond W. We are looking forward to a lot of special moments coming in the next year, and hope you can share them.
The
Kansas Sampler Festival is in Wamego this year, celebrating its milestone 25th year. We appreciate our longtime fan Michelle Chrisler for arranging our first visit to the famous
Columbian Theatre. The Wranglers will be playing TWO nights in Wamego, on May 2nd and 3rd, as well as making an appearance at the Festival on Saturday afternoon. This event is an inspiration to anyone who loves to explore Kansas, and we hope to see you!
It was also exciting to get a call from Dianne Blick at the Kansas Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, inviting us to participate in their D-Day 70th Anniversary commemoration. Shuttle astronaut Lt. Colonel Sam Gemar will be giving the keynote address for the service, which begins at 11:00 am on June 7th.
With the arrival of spring we have also returned to monthly dinner shows at the Empire House Theater at Old Cowtown Museum in Wichita. The Empire
House is an intimate historic space, and it is always a special time. We appreciate "the regulars" who come almost every time! Thanks, everyone. We also would like to thank Hog Wild for providing consistently great food. You make our life easy!
Happy Trails to you,
The Diamond W Family
