Greetings!

We wish you could have been with us at the Diamond W this week when we hosted 29 Russian airmen along with their commanders and American hosts.  To the delight of our regular guests, we got to participate in celebratory toasts and witness the scene of a Russian colonel jumping on stage, strapping on Stu's Les Paul electric guitar, and singing a country song in Russian with the Wranglers backing him up.  It was an extraordinary scene.

We regularly welcome teams from McConnell Air Force Base's "Open Skies"  contingent.  They think there's no better way to share the hospitality and heritage of America's heartland than to come to the Diamond W, and we are very proud to welcome their international guests.

And yet every night at the Diamond W is special in some way. We see folks from around the country, coming together to celebrate so many different occasions. From family reunions to company Christmas parties to date night, it is an honor for us to be a part of your lives.

We all send our warm wishes to you and your family in this holiday season.  We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Happy Trails,

Enjoy the Diamond W Wranglers in a humorous new music video !
 (Dog Doogity, no doubt!)
Dog Doogity - Bag It Up, Wichita!
Dog Doogity - Bag It Up, Wichita!
What a hoot!  Chip and Steve dancing?  Stu's dog Chester and his wife Kathleen in a dramatic acting role?  Oh yeah, all that and more in a new music video that teamed the Diamond W Wranglers with Wichita blues singer Jenny Wood.

Although the approach is light-hearted, the message is real:  Wichita pets are creating 50,000 pounds of poop a day, and it can threaten the quality of our water supply.  Scooping poop is one of the things we can easily do as individuals to make a difference.

You can click the link above to see the YouTube video, and also watch KWCH TV and others to see the accompanying public service campaign. It's a project of two local environmental groups, River City WRAPS and WIRE (Wichita Initiative to Renew the Environment).

First Generation Video, owned by Tennessee Jim Farrell's wife Martha, produced the campaign. For more information on the topic, go to www.bagitupwichita.com.
