recently. The Partnership received a call from a very excited and proud Perry family immediately after the show during which they expressed their appreciation to our community for helping coordinate such a massive project so successfully. Our sincere appreciation and respect go out to the many, many individuals and groups that worked so diligently to make it an event for the community's record books, as well as one that the Perry family will never forget. Kudos to the Town of Greeneville, its police, fire and public works departments, the local and state Emergency Management Agencies, the Greene County Sheriff's Department, Greene County 9-1-1, the Emergency and Rescue Squad, the Emergency Medical Services, Greeneville Light & Power System, C&C Millwright Maintenance, the Highway Patrol, the Tennessee National Guard, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, law enforcement agencies in Morristown and Sullivan County and the hundreds of volunteers that worked throughout the day, as well as the General Morgan Inn which so graciously served as a host location for several events preceding the performance. While once again making "our band" proud of their hometown, this team helped to make Greeneville/Greene County a shining example of southern graciousness and hospitality. The Partnership joins The Band Perry and their family and crew in saying, "Thank you, Greeneville and Greene County, we're so proud of our community!!"
