This Week in Weston

A Snapshot of What's Happening in Weston

April 29, 2016
On Friday, March 11th, the community began celebrating the twentieth anniversary of its incorporation as the Village of Weston. Over the course of the next several months, the Village of Weston will be organizing activities and promotions throughout the community to celebrate what has been accomplished over the past twenty years.

A special anniversary brand logo has been adopted to help promote and enhance our promotion of stories, articles, announcements, events, and activities, and further help us tell the story of why we think "Its Right, Here".
Spring Curbside
Yard Materials and Brush Pick Up
Spring Curbside Yard Material and Brush Pickup is scheduled to begin Monday, May 2nd

Please visit www.westonwi.gov/YardWasteMaterialsInfo to see the EXACT date they will be in your neighborhood! There will be only ONE trip through the Village and materials MUST be out to the roadside by 7AM on the scheduled day of pickup. Any material that is placed out after the scheduled pickup day will not be picked up. Residents can always take material to the Village's recycling site located at 8200 Ryan St.

The Village has updated its yard material pickup process in order to give residents more accurate information regarding when the service will be provided. Please see the image of the map identifying when pickup will occur in your neighborhood.

Yard Materials (grass, leaves, pine needles, etc.) shall be kept separate from brush as two different pieces of equipment are used for these processes. Material shall be kept at least 5 feet away from power poles, mailboxes, fire hydrants, etc. in order for staff to be able to reach it.
