Breaking Patterns

Some habits are good and help you get the job done - like muscle memory on your guitar. But others, which you may not be aware of, could be dimming your light! Watch as Steven helps a singer transform her performance by shedding light on a bad habit that was keeping her from really expressing herself.

Breathing

There are a lot of different ideas floating around out there about what happens in your body when you breathe. Steven gives a thorough and entertaining explanation of what REALLY happens. Since this is important stuff for singers to be aware of, he also gives some tips to help you get started in the right direction on your own.

Have a great weekend...

and a Happy New Year!

Warm regards,
Diana
