Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters Announced for 2014 |
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released the Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters (CSAL). These letters are addressed to the HR Director and sent to the individual establishments, not the corporate headquarters. This type of communication is a "heads up" to federal contractors on OFCCP's audit list, and notice of an audit usually follows shortly after the notification letter. Federal contractors with multi-establishments should remind locations to quickly notify their Affirmative Action (AA) contact if they receive this letter from the OFCCP.
There are a total of 2,193 establishments on the FY 2014 Scheduling List. Based on the 2-digit NAICS code, the FY 2014 Scheduling List covers 17 industries.
