OFCCP Posts Date Contractors Must Use
New Census EEO Tabulation |
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has posted a "notice" on its website to inform contractors of the date by which they must begin using the 2006-2010 Census EEO Tabulation in the development of their written affirmative action programs (AAPs). This notice is effective with the 1/1/2014 AAP, and is available at: http://www.dol.gov/ofccp/OFCCPNews/Census_EEO_Tab_508c.pdf
