 Kick-off Summer at Music at Moorland
Music at Moorland, scheduled for Thursday, June 21, 2012, is a magical evening of open-air dining, classical music and spectacular fireworks on the lawn of Moorland Farm in Far Hills, and a much anticipated event for young and old alike.
Now in its 11th year, this event offers entertainment opportunities for everyone - from corporate tent parties held on the hilltop overlooking beautiful Moorland Farm to casual picnics with friends and family.
The Grammy Award-winning New Jersey Symphony Orchestra will once again be presenting the evening's program. Capping off this delightful event will be the stunning pyrotechnics of Fireworks by Grucci, the Long Island-based company that has been presenting extraordinary firework displays throughout the world for generations.

SMCF Golf Classic Tees Off This Monday
 The 2012 SMC Foundation Golf Classic will be held Monday, June 11 at Hamilton Farm Golf Club in Gladstone. Chaired by SMC and SMC Foundation Trustee Ray Fino, this year's outing moves to the spring and will introduce the opportunity to play 36-holes during the one-day tournament. Hamilton Farm Golf Club offers two golf courses - The Highlands and The Hickory. The Highlands course, at more than 7,000 yards, is a championship layout that features sculpted bunkers with high sand flashing, recreating the older, dramatic style of bunkering. The Hickory Course, with a full 18 holes, is the only USGA rated par 3 course in the world. Golfers will tee off in the morning for The Hickory and the afternoon for The Highlands. Father - Son/Daughter Catch to Highlight Father's Day with the Patriots
SMC Foundation will partner with the Somerset Patriots to present a special Father's Day event at TD Bank Ballpark on June 17 to benefit The Steeplechase Cancer Center. The day will include an on-field, pre-game father-son/daughter catch; gifts for the first 1,000 attendees; a special auction of commemorative game jerseys; and a 50/50 raffle.  Ken Bateman, President & CEO of Somerset Medical Center, far right, recently accepted a $29,000 donation from Paul R. 2011 Donor Walls Show Impressive Support for SMC
SMC Foundation has recently updated the Annual Giving Donor Recognition Wall in the main lobby at Somerset Medical Center to reflect gifts of $100 or more given in 2011. SMC Foundation has also revised The Steeplechase Cancer Center Annual Giving Wall. This attractive display of annual donor support is located in the lobby of The Steeplechase Cancer Center and reflects all new gifts of $100 or more given during 2011 to The Steeplechase Cancer Center and SMC's oncology program.
