My heart has been touched deeply with the recent occurance at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT. I have had an outpouring of LOVE and compassion and I want to share this with those who have lost a Loved one. CREATIVITY is one of the ways I know how to share this outpouring of Loving with others. I am inviting you to come PLAY! Come share your Loving through Creative Play!
I just heard of an amazing project that brighten my Eyes, made my heart sing and one that I am saying YES to. It is called "Hearts for Newtown".
Someone came up with the idea to have people cut out hearts, decorate them and send them to Newtown. They will then hang the hearts all around various businesses in Newtown so that everywhere the residents go, they will be surrounded by love. Playful Art Studio is opening our doors in Service on Saturday, December 22nd for you to come send your LOVE, LIGHT, and Prayers to all those families who have lost a Loved one in the recent occurance at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Come to the Studio and create a Heart, Send words of comfort, Love and compassion and I will mail them for you on Monday, Dec 24th
SUPPLIES Available at the Studio for you: - Paper... Assorted different sorts and colors
- Some material scraps
- Scissors
- Glitter
- Glue sticks/Glue Guns
- Emblishments
- Pens/Pencils/crayons
You are welcome to bring your own special supplies and items too!!!
Playful Art Studios door will be open Saturday, Dec 22nd 10am to 5pm
Come spend 15 minutes, an hour or all day creating Hearts for Newtown. Bring your friends and family!!
