The Education Foundation has secured a $150,000 matching gift challenge grant from Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp., headquartered in Malibu - the largest corporate gift to the Education Foundation to date. For every donation made to the Education Foundation through December 20 of this year, D&B Credibility Corp. will make a dollar-for-dollar matching contribution, up to $150,000. Your $25 donation becomes $50 and $500 becomes $1,000! There's no better time to donate to SMMEF to support the SMMUSD Vision for Student Success (VSS) - double your impact by donating at www.smmef.org. In order to fund the VSS programs at all schools next year, we must raise $4 million by January 31, 2014!

The OP Caf� will be offering tacos and aqua fresca for a minimum donation of $1 (aqua fresca) and $2 (tacos) from October 23 to 25, 4pm to 7pm. All proceeds go to the Education Foundation to support VSS! You have the choice of chicken, carnitas or vegan soy-rizo tacos, as well as cantaloupe mint aqua fresca. Bring your wallet and the whole family to help support our schools! OP caf� is located at 3117 Ocean Park Boulevard in Santa Monica.
