Hospital Lumiere, Bonne Fin, Haiti is presently seeking an energetic, self-motivated, responsible Believer to fill the position of Medical Department Intern.

Position Description

This six-month position is involved in helping the Medical Director with staff scheduling, answering or relaying inquiries from each medical department (Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory), ensuring all inventory and supply reports are transmitted and filed, and assisting the Administration with other assigned tasks and responsibilities. The hospital will provide a translator, lodging, food and living expenses. No medical training is required, but is helpful. Direct financial aid is sent to Hospital Lumiere each month to provide care to those who cannot afford it, and to make care affordable to those who can pay. Financial support is also needed to cover the living expenses of the five Apostolic Christian missionary families now living at Hospital Lumiere.
