Director of Operations
Hospital Lumiere is seeking someone to fill the position of Director of Operations. This position involves organizing employee policies and records,implementing procurement processes,supervising Information Technology, and working closely with the Hospital Administrator on many other matters.
A relevant bachelor's degree in business, personnel management, communications, education, or other related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

This newborn is thriving in spite of being born two months premature by C-section at Hospital Lumiere. Families in Bonne Fin and surrounding communities rely on the doctors and facilities at Hospital Lumiere to help with deliveries, especially when there are complications. During November the busy maternity ward saw two preemies, and a set of twins.

Volunteers are needed in construction, medical and minister participation. Click on the headings below... to learn more about each opportunity.
Construction
Construction team volunteers are needed for electrical, plumbing, painting and general construction work.Several weeklong trips are planned each year. Skilled and unskilled are welcome.
Medical
Volunteers, especially physicians, are needed for medical teams to assist with patient care and staff training.Several week long trips are planned each year.
Minister Participation
Apostolic Christian Church ministers are needed to accompany construction and medical teams. Ministers co-ordinate daily devotions and provide spiritual support to the team members, patients and hospital staff.
