Workshops @ Pickards Mountain
Cooking the Garden's Bounty, June 22, 9am-noon:
We begin in the garden, harvesting what is ready. We visit the shiitake logs and the chicken coop, gathering mushrooms and eggs. As our basket fills, we see our menu taking shape.
