"Bringing It Home" was held at the Plant the Friday before last and boy was it a BLAST! We had over 200 folks arrive by pedicab,
tractor, and old fashioned biodiesel cab to the walk the green carpet and celebrate industrial hemp.

Her non-academic writing has appeared in The Chapel Hill News, Ms., The Feminist Wire, various zines, and Western North Carolina Woman. She has a coaching practice called The Creative Tickle(r) and is on a mission to 'tickle everyone's genius awake'.

Cooking the Garden's Bounty, June 22, 9am-noon: 

We begin in the garden, harvesting what is ready. We visit the shiitake logs and the chicken coop, gathering mushrooms and eggs. As our basket fills, we see our menu taking shape.
