It's a savory snack that you and your beloved are sure to enjoy! 
 
Sardines Over Crispbread

Ingredients
Serves 4
  • 1- 4.37 oz. tin of Reese Sardines
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped 
  • 4 pieces of Kavli All Natural Five Grain Crisp Bread
  • Sea salt 
  • 1 lemon cut into 4 wedges   
Directions
  1. Drain the oil from the tin of Reese 
    Sardines and place the sardines in a small bowl. Add a tablespoon of parsley and black pepper, to taste. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Smash the flesh with a fork. Fold in the chopped tomato.  
  3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each piece of Kavli All Natural Five Grain Crispbread. Top with the sardines. Garnish with the remaining parsley.
  4. Lightly season with sea salt and finish with a squeeze of lemon
