- 1- 4.37 oz. tin of Reese Sardines
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 4 pieces of Kavli All Natural Five Grain Crisp Bread
- Sea salt
- 1 lemon cut into 4 wedges

Drain the oil from the tin of Reese
Sardines and place the sardines in a small bowl. Add a tablespoon of parsley and black pepper, to taste. Mix gently to combine. - Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Smash the flesh with a fork. Fold in the chopped tomato.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each piece of Kavli All Natural Five Grain Crispbread. Top with the sardines. Garnish with the remaining parsley.
- Lightly season with sea salt and finish with a squeeze of lemon
