Dad's Day Invitation

Let's celebrate dads! We would like to invite our dads (or special friends) to preschool.  We will share a special snack, play games and end with chapel. We will begin at 9:15 and will finish by 10:30. 

Thursday February 23rd - Bunnys, Teddy Bears, Ladybugs, Turtles
Friday February 24th - Bees, Ducks, Fish & Frogs.

Tommy Tooth Visits

Ms. Lisa Baker will be here with Tommy the Tooth for a dental health program.
Tommy will visit the three, four and five year old classes on Thursday the 8th and our two year old classes will learn about dental health on Friday the 9th.
Be sure to ask your children what they learned.

Our scholarship fundraiser was a success. Milton's Pizza and Pasta is always wonderful to host this event for us.  This is a special night of fellowship with our preschool families, teachers and WFP church family. 

Our heartfelt thanks to all who attended and to those who donated directly to the fund. We are so blessed to have so many parents who feel led to support the children of our community this way.
 School Safety 

Please make sure your child is following playground safety rules.

  • Slide feet first
  • Keep sand in the sandbox
  • Do not throw sand
  • Do not climb on the fence.
  • Please do not disassemble toys or wagons.
  • The playground is included as part of our peanut free environment. Peanut products or residue cause serious threats to our students and staff who have peanut allergies. 
  • Make sure your children clean up and remove their trash.

 
  An Invitation from WFPC  
First Fridays for Families

WFPC would like to invite your family to join us on Friday night February 3rd at 6:00 for pizza and a movie here in the Christian Life Center. We'll show Storks, beginning at 6:30, on the big screen. Bring blankets, beach chairs, and anything else you need to get comfortable. Please RSVP to Amy Cebrick (amycebrick@yahoo.com) by noon on Friday, February 3. There is no charge, but we do accept donations to offset the cost of our dinner.

First Fridays for Families is designed for the entire family to enjoy on the first Friday of each month, October through March. Evenings begin with a pizza dinner at 6:00 PM, followed by a family-friendly movie beginning at 6:30 PM and concluding by 8:30 PM.
