Agenda for Board Meeting on February 12, 2015
The agenda includes the following items:
- A presentation by Creekside Middle School with recognition of an outstanding student and volunteer;
- A report on the 2015-2016 Enrollment Process;
- Approval of the Single Plans for Student Achievement (SPSA) for all schools;
- Approval of the expansion of the State Preschool at Marshall Elementary School;
- A report on the Professional Development Day on February 9th;
- Approval of revised Board Policy 6163.2, Animals at School; and
- Reports from the Student Board Member, CSEA President, CVTA President, Superintendent, and Trustees.
- The Consent Agenda includes
- Approval of Purchase Order Report, Position Control Report, Personnel Report, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for energy efficiency;
- Adoptions of resolutions for National Women's History Month and Arts Education Month;
- Adoption of Board Policies (BPs) in the 0000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 Series;
- Adoption of Minutes; and
- Acceptance of donations.
